Dear visitor,
The Haarlemsche Jachtclub welcomes you to Haarlem. (and invites you to stay longer than you'd planned!) The harbourmaster will assist you in any way he can.
We offer several facilities and they are free:
- Lavatory (in the hallway of the clubhouse open 24 hours a day)
- Showers (open between 07.30 - 22.00)
- Waste container next to the entrance
- Intake of black and bilge water
- Bicycles
- Wifi
Berthing fee
The berthing fee is €2.15 per meter per night including the use of electricity. Water €1,00 for 100 liter. Use of washing machine and dryer €4,00.
The clubhouse
Our clubhouse is open between 08.00 - 22.00. The bar is open all days between 10.00 - 10.30. Saturday and Sunday from 15.00 -18.00.
Dinner
Next to our harbour there is a restaurant Paviljoen Loef.
The entrance gate
The code to open the gate will be provided by the harbourmaster.
Sightseeing
Historic Haarlem: The cosy town centre of Haarlem with lots of shops, Frans Hals museum, Teylersmuseum, Verweyhal (museum for modern art), Vleeshal (different kinds of exhibitions), the St. Bavochurch, several cinema's, Corrie Ten Boom museum and the city hall.
Riding horses close by at Ruitersportcentrum Schoteroog.
Zandvoort / Bloemendaal: a day at the beach, an evening at the casino, the Centerparcs Zandvoort swimmingpool, racetrack Zandvoort, the National Parc Zuid-Kennemerland.
Amsterdam (easy to reach by train), Linnaeushof Bennebroek (biggest playground in Europe and easy to reach by bus), Space Expo Noordwijk (bus), pumping station museum Cruquius (bus).
As you see, a few days at the Haarlemsche Jachtclub gives you the opportunity to visit Haarlem and its surroundings.
